Liability motorcycle insurance will protect you from being found responsible for damages caused by your riding up to a specific dollar amount. Every state has different rules about what minimum liability limits they require, and what different ways motorists are allowed to demonstrate financial responsibility for that liability.

Financial Responsibility is the ability of any licensed driver to prove that they can provide at least a certain specified sum of money by any legal means if they are found to be at-fault for specific types of damages to another person’s health, property, or that of their passengers.

Liability motorcycle insurance will protect you from being sued by someone else because of an accident you caused while riding your motorcycle. Our basic motorcycle liability insurance is strong, but no amount of liability insurance will pay for damage to your motorcycle or your hospital bills so beware.
